Qualified Electrician (Solar Installer)

Currently recruiting for a well-established solar installation business based near St Marys, with a team of 95–96 skilled staff and a strong in house culture, no subcontractors. Their projects are mainly residential with some light commercial work, and known for promoting from within, looking after our people, and keeping things down to earth.

The Role

On the hunt for qualified, licensed electricians who ideally have solar experience but if you don’t, they’ll get you there. If you’re not already SAA-accredited, they’ll fully fund your training and get you certified within your first few months.

Your day to day

• Start at the depot (6:00am), load up, then head to site.
• Paid from the moment you arrive at the depot until you return.
• Install solar systems across residential and some commercial sites.
• Work closely with a tight-knit, skilled team.

Pay & Perks

• $40/hr + super to start.
• $47/hr once SAA-accredited.
• Up to $60/hr for higher responsibilities.
• 40-hour week, Mon–Fri.
• Optional Saturdays (paid).
• Toyota Hilux Ute provided (fuel & servicing covered).
• All tools supplied (just bring your own hand tools).

Apply if you are…

• Current Electrical License (NSW).
• SAA Accreditation – or willingness to complete in the first few months (company-funded).
• Solar installation experience is a plus, but not essential.
• A team player with a solid work ethic and a bit of pride in doing a job well.
